What Team Seats Are
Seats are the number of teammates who can work inside your workspace — included flat in each plan's price, never billed per person.
A seat is one teammate with their own login in your Expertini ATS workspace — owner, admin, or recruiter — seeing the same live pipeline, candidates, and clients as everyone else. Each plan includes its seats in the flat price: 2 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 10 on Professional, 25 on Business, 50 on Enterprise.
This is deliberately the opposite of per-seat SaaS pricing, where adding a teammate multiplies the invoice. On Expertini the price never moves with headcount inside your plan's cap — collaboration shouldn't be a metered resource.

01Roles, not just logins
Every seat carries a role: owners control billing and settings, admins manage the team and configuration, recruiters work the pipeline. Client-visibility restriction for recruiters is available for agencies that need it.
02Adding and removing teammates
Owners and admins invite teammates by email from Settings; removing someone frees the seat instantly. Their historical activity (notes, stage moves, attributions) stays in the audit trail — accountability survives offboarding.
03When you hit the cap
The next tier is the only seat upsell that exists — there's no per-extra-seat price. If your team outgrows Business's 25, Enterprise carries 50.

This allowance is not marketing copy over a spreadsheet — it is metered server-side. Counters live on the organisation record, are checked at the same chokepoints that serve the feature, and reset on the billing cycle. The usage page and the in-app Usage & Credits view read the same counters the enforcement uses, so what you see is what the platform is actually counting.
When a limit is reached the behaviour is honest: the action stops with the count that triggered it and the exact plan that lifts it — never a degraded silent mode. Everything written is yours to take: CSV exports and the Data Export app cover the same stores the product itself reads. The exit is as open as the entrance — by design, not concession.
