What's New in Expertini ATS
Every tool and app added in the July 2026 wave — video interviews, Manual CMS, custom assessments, one-file data export, agency pitch PDFs, and a lot of accountability.
Expertini ATS ships continuously, and this page is the honest changelog for the July 2026 wave — what each addition actually does, who it's for, and what it costs in plan terms. Everything below is live in the product today; nothing here is a roadmap promise.

01Interviewing: async video interviews and editable assessments
Video Interviews is a new tool: write up to eight question prompts for one of your jobs, set a per-answer time cap, and share a link — candidates record video answers in their browser with no login and no app, after a branded intro carrying your logo and tagline. Recordings are private to your team, reviewable and scorable inline. The Technical and Communication & Behaviour assessment tools also grew up: you can now edit every AI-generated question, add your own, or build a fully custom questionnaire with no AI involved at all — and question sets lock the moment the first candidate responds, so stored answers stay auditable against exactly what was asked. Assessment scores and video-interview reviews now appear beside the interview feedback form automatically.
02Scoring: Manual and Hybrid CMS
The Candidate Match Score gained recruiter-controlled criteria. In Manual CMS you define the dimensions, their importance weights, and the must-have flags yourself at job posting — no AI involvement in what gets measured. In Hybrid mode the AI proposes a weighted matrix from the job description and you edit it before it's locked in. In both cases the AI's role shrinks to the one thing only AI can do — semantically reading each CV against your fixed criteria — while the published deterministic formula does the scoring. Every score records its criteria provenance, and the audit report states it plainly.
03Accountability: the activity ledger
Multi-user hiring now carries attribution everywhere: jobs record who posted and published them, pipeline moves record who moved the candidate, CMS and Resume Score runs record who ran them, interviews record who scheduled them, and feedback records who logged it. The application report shows it all as a chronological activity ledger, the audit PDF includes it, and the Reports page aggregates who-did-what per period. The full reasoning is on Why Auditable Hiring Reports Matter.
04Data freedom: imports and one-click export
The Migration & Import apps bring your data in — from an Expertini country job site (listings adopted, never duplicated) or from any third-party ATS via a simple JSON format. The new Data Export app is the other half of that honesty: one click downloads everything your organisation owns — jobs, candidates with CV text, applications with scores and stage history, interviews, offers, clients, assessments — as a single structured file, any time, no support ticket. Easy in, easy out.
05Reach and agency growth
Social Publish posts a job (with its generated banner and reel) to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and TikTok from one composer with a full preview of exactly what goes out — and WhatsApp candidate messaging runs on your own WhatsApp Business credentials. For agencies, the Client Pitch Generator builds a branded proposal PDF from your organisation's live numbers — placements, live searches, talent pool, median days-to-hire — recomputed at export so it can never claim stale figures, with zero-value stats omitted rather than padded. Reusable email templates landed in Talent Pool Messaging, and client feedback left through the review portal now shows on the application report where decisions are made.
06Findability and polish
Press Ctrl+K anywhere in the dashboard for the command palette — one box that jumps to any page, tool, app, job, or candidate. The public site gained full-site search. Job posting picked up an AI salary estimate (one credit; based on title, city and country, and labelled in-product as a market estimate to verify locally — never a promise), a Final Round pipeline stage plus up to three custom stages per job, and your public career site now offers four colour themes selectable in Branding.
07Plans, honestly
Two pricing-adjacent changes shipped with this wave, both stated in-product: heavier AI features now consume weighted credits (assessment generation 3, AI answer review 2, everything else 1 — the tool pages say so next to the buttons), and integrations are now tiered by plan with visibly locked tiles rather than hidden ones — what needs Pro says it needs Pro. Current numbers are always on the Pricing page, which renders live from the same source checkout charges.
