Support Center
The fastest route to a resolution for an account, billing, or tool-access issue.
This page routes you to the right channel depending on what's actually wrong — most account/billing questions are self-serviceable directly from the /billing/ page, faster than opening a ticket.

01Billing and plan issues
If a plan upgrade doesn't reflect in your tool limits within a few minutes, use the "Already paid? Sync status" button on /billing/ first — it pulls your subscription state directly from Stripe rather than waiting on a webhook. For anything else billing-related, email billing@expertini.com with your organisation name.
02Tool access / "Locked" showing incorrectly
Each plan (Starter/Growth/Professional/Business/Enterprise) unlocks a specific tool count and tier of Hiring Tools — check the Billing page's usage bars for CMS scores, AI prompts, and Resume Score checks against your plan's monthly allowance before reporting a bug, since "Locked" is expected once a monthly quota is reached.
03Candidate application issues
Candidates having trouble applying or accessing their account on a country Expertini site should use that site's own support contact — ats.expertini.com powers the recruiter side of the pipeline, not candidate account recovery on the public job sites.
04Everything else
General product questions: support@expertini.com. Security-sensitive reports: see the Security Center page for responsible-disclosure contact details specifically.
05The sixty-second self-check before writing in
Most tickets resolve faster from your side than ours, in this order. A tool showing "Locked": check the Billing page's usage bars first — a reached monthly quota (CMS scores, AI prompts, Resume Score checks) shows as Locked by design and resets with your billing month. A paid upgrade not reflecting: the "Already paid? Sync status" button on /billing/ pulls your state directly from Stripe and fixes the overwhelming majority of "paid but still limited" cases in one click. A job not appearing on the country site: confirm it's actually published rather than in draft. A teammate who can't see the org: confirm they accepted the invite under your organisation rather than creating a separate account. If none of those match your situation, write in — with the details below.
06What to include so the first reply is the fix
The difference between a one-exchange resolution and a week of back-and-forth is almost always the first message. Include: your organisation name (not just your email — one person can belong to several orgs), what you did, what you expected, what actually happened, roughly when it happened, and — gold, if you have it — the exact text of any error message. "CMS scoring isn't working" needs three round-trips before diagnosis can even start; "scoring application X on job Y at 14:20 UTC returned 'credits exhausted' but our Pro plan shows 41 of 250 used" can often be answered in one.
